Marta Rodriguez, a PhD candidate in Sociology, has just been awarded one of the four Charles H. Farnsworth Trust fellowships in Aging Policy Research for 2006.

The $30,000 award includes support for the fellow's stipend to conduct research with a community field site and funds for other research expenses to compile, present, and publish findings over the following months. Marta is currently working in our NIH funded project and will conduct additional fieldwork for her dissertation at the Alianza Hispana Community Agency.
